Today, she is the owner of Charlee HM and respected as one of the premier Hair and Makeup Artists, doing editorial, film, weddings, as well as behind the chair. Whether behind the chair, on a shoot, or educating others, she is continuously inventing and evolving in the company of the most highly regarded pundits of the industry.
“I have always had a passion for makeup, hair, and fashion.” Charlee recalls. “I can remember being maybe 7or 8 and hiding in my room with my mother's newest shade of lipstick and whatever else I could find including, but not limited to, using Kool Aid and nail polish in order to transform Barbie. I would use multiple shades to color her hair and give color to her cheeks and lips and then finish her off with a fabulous haircut and style. Only feeling satisfied after Barbie was sporting the latest gowns and accessories, I would tailor and sometimes create for her. My mother didn't appreciate her sacrificed makeup and garments, but it cultivated my love of fashion and my passion for this industry.”

Her journey as a makeup artist began in 2008, after completing training in Cosmetology . From beauty school, she studied in The Makeup Mastered program under the instruction of the world renowned makeup artist Val Garland. She continues to educate herself under highly seasoned professionals in the editorial, commercial, TV, and film industries. Cassandra has a strong support system by way of professional organization membership. She has active memberships with The Professional Beauty Association, The Powder Group, Crystal Wright (PYP), and Women in Cosmetics (CEW).
